Hansel & Gretel's Bakery, specializing in beautifully decorated home-made cakes, first opened shop in 1999. Since then, we have come to be known as Charlotte's premier cake shop, servicing not only the University area, but also drawing loyal cake fans from Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Matthews and beyond! Demand for Hansel & Gretel's cakes allowed us to open a second location in Concord, in the Shops at Afton Village.

What makes a Hansel & Gretel's cake special? It's simple: our cakes are made from scratch, never frozen, and finished with home-made buttercream icing. Next, flavor merges with design as our staff creates cakes as lovely as they are delicious.
